This AI Transparency Statement explains how artificial intelligence (AI) systems are used within our Services and provides information required under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and applicable European data protection law.

Where required under Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, users are informed that:

AI-generated content is clearly presented within a simulated learning context.
4. Nature of the AI Systems
Our AI systems:

Operate as educational simulation tools

Do not determine access to employment, credit, healthcare, or public services

Do not perform biometric identification

Do not conduct automated profiling with legal or similarly significant effects
The AI systems used in our Services are intended to qualify as limited-risk AI systems under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, subject primarily to transparency obligations.
5. No Automated Decision-Making with Legal Effects
In accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR:

Game outcomes and simulations do not affect real-world rights or obligations.

AI-generated results are purely fictional and educational.
6. Data Usage in AI Functionality

Only the following data is stored:

AI-generated conversation content is not stored beyond what is technically necessary to maintain the current simulation state.
We do not use personal data for AI profiling, predictive behavioral modeling, or commercial targeting.
7. Human Oversight
FIT Talent Management GmbH ensures:

Educational validation of simulation logic

Monitoring for system misuse or unintended outputs
AI systems are not autonomous decision-makers and operate within defined educational parameters.
8. Accuracy and Limitations
Users should be aware that:

AI systems may generate incorrect, incomplete, or unrealistic responses.

Simulated medical, financial, or life decisions are fictional training tools.

AI outputs should not be relied upon for real-world professional decisions.
For example:

FIT Patient Sim does not provide real medical diagnosis.

FIT Finance and MarketSim do not provide investment advice.
9. Risk Management and Compliance
We are committed to:

Implementing risk management processes appropriate to the AI system classification

Updating documentation as required by future implementing acts or guidance
If any Service were to fall under a higher-risk classification in the future, we will implement additional compliance measures as required by law.
